It is not difficult to vegan is something, although some places do it better than others. One local restaurant always impresses, while another generally disappoints. You just have to ask, and find out what you like.
In my experience, the more notice you can give the kitchen, the better. Rob contacted this place a few weeks ago. The rest of the people got a buffet dinner, but they brought my plate out just as my table was called. Classy. Thank you, River's Edge!
