Monday:
Run 5k
Dinner- TLTsandwiches with eggplant feta pesto cups.

Tuesday:
Cross train
Dinner- Eggplant and pea curry (vegetarian epicure)

Wednesday:
Run 4+ miles
Carnival of Madness, dinner out

Thursday:
Run 2 miles
Evening meetings

Friday:
Run 7 miles
Dinner- Cilantro ginger tempeh eggplant toss (Go vegan)

Saturday:
Walk
Paella party

Sunday:
Rest day
