Weather permitting, I'm hoping to run 3-5 miles most days this week. It looks like Thursday will be my long run day, and I'm hoping to get in close to 10 that morning.  Since I'm gearing up for the race, I'll only be running and yogaing unless the weather forces me to swim. The weather is not my friend. Yet again, today it is causing closures, but I can only hope for the best.

Weekend plans are exciting, but I don't have a clue about specifics, so I can't plan for food yet.
